The Café des Fédérations, Lyon’s iconic bouchon founded in 1872, is renowned for its traditional cuisine and authentic atmosphere. At Sirha 2017, Café des Fédérations had the honour of treating international delegations, including from the United States, Canada and Finland, as well as the winner of the Bocuse d’Or.
